Weekly Reading Log & Homework Packet

Every Friday, students will receive a homework packet that may consist of a reading log, a math worksheet, reading comprehension, vocab, spelling and more. The homework packet is due every Friday morning. This means that your child will have one week to complete the packet. If your child finishes the packet before Friday, they are welcome to return it to school early. Homework will count towards your child’s participation and habit grade on the report card. 

Student's are expected to read at least four times a week for 20+ minutes. A reading log is attached to the weekly homework packet. This log should be used to record the date, title, time spent reading, and specific "jots".
