**Starting Wednesday, March 8 Drone Club will take place once a week, on Wednesdays until further notice. 

***Students are allowed to bring a quick snack

****Pick up is 3:30 each day.

Drone Club Competition Newsletter     February 22, 2023 

**As we are getting down to the final week before competition, I wanted to share some final information. 

***Please note extra practice time: Students going to the competition may stay after school Thursday and Friday until 3:00 to practice for the competition. 

Competition Information 

1. Attire: Jeans, gym shoes + Students will be given a special Drone Club t-shirt to wear.  

2. Lunch: will be on your own - we will have about an hour for lunch. They do have vending machines for snacks and there are tons of restaurants nearby. Fast food, Papa Johns, Cassanos, Chipotle, etc. Or feel free to bring packed lunches and coolers. 

3. Wifi - we will have a guest wifi, no password needed. 

4. Guests: Parents, grandparents, siblings, etc… and volunteers are invited - we might need some help coordinating a few things so volunteers would be greatly appreciated

7:30 Doors open - check in

8:30 Orientation and Kick Off

9:00 Head to head matches start

11:00 Lunch on own

12:00 Programming skills matches

1:00 Alliance selections

2:30 Tournament complete and awards

3:00 End of the tournament!
