Sandy Elliott has a dual Bachelor’s degree in Business and Marketing Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a Master’s degree in School Administration from Ashland University. Sandy has a principal's license, 32 years of experience in education, and proven leadership experience. With over 20 years of experience in designing and delivering corporate training, Sandy has developed and taught numerous courses on communication, dealing with difficult people, organization, and time management, as well as coordinated and implemented a successful workshop series at the local level to help women move forward with their next step. Sandy is active with the Wooster Kiwanis and serves as an international mentor for Kiwanis Amply Leadership training on Communication.
Eric is a decorated combat veteran who's an objective-oriented professional with 27 years of functional experience in leadership, management, and sales. Adept at leveraging interpersonal relationships to build and foster leadership and management skills to increase effectiveness and efficiency within any workplace environment. Eric has a bachelor's degree in Emergency and Disaster Management, two graduate-level leadership certificates from Marine Corps University, and is an ACT WorkKeys Job Profiler.
Josi Weaver-Kranz earned a bachelor’s degree in management from Malone University and holds a Career Technical (4-12) Resident Educator teaching license. Josi recently earned her Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional credential (SHRM-CP), holds Microsoft Office certifications, and was an ACT WorkKeys Job Profiler. Josi has spent nineteen years working in adult education in roles including Office Instructor, Customized Training Coordinator, and is currently a Career Services Coordinator, where she works closely with students and employers on externships and job placement, offers student advising services, and teaches soft skills and job seeking skills to adult students. Josi’s additional employment experience includes human resources, banking, and retail management. Josi understands the importance of giving back and networking with the community and enjoys board and leadership roles in the Rotary Club of Wooster, and the Wayne Area Human Resource Association, where she is Past President and the current Secretary.
April has a 20-year high school public education career, teaching everything from history to industrial arts to business and marketing. April began her educational journey at community college, where she developed a strong connection to local, career-technical education before earning her bachelor’s degree in education from Central Michigan University and then a master’s degree in history from Michigan State University. Throughout her career, April has specialized in high-quality, creative curriculum development using hands-on education techniques and real-world experiential learning. She has headed several highly successful high school business programs and was director of the Judith Resnik Center for Innovation and Design at Firestone High School in Akron, Ohio.
