It's that time of year again, when we turn to you to help our community gather scientific data! Today kicks off the 1st day of our annual Critter Community Census Week in NYC.
It's that time of year again, when we turn to you to help our community gather scientific data! Today kicks off the 1st day of our annual Critter Community Census Week in NYC.
During Critter Community Census Week, the Zoo Scout Troop will do a bioblitz, meaning you'll work together to find and identify as many different types of living things as you can in New York City. Each time you bioblitz through a new part of the city, you'll receive a new piece of a special, limited edition patch! Bioblitz through the whole city to combine all of your pieces of the full, limited edition NYC patch.
