Morning Keynote - Chris Young

Chris graduated from Indiana University as well as Indiana Wesleyan. He is a Level 2 Google Certified Educator, Google Certified Trainer, and has a certificate in Technology Leadership from the CIESC. As a leader in Educational Technology, Chris was chosen by the DOE to design STEM curriculum for the Indiana Migrant Education Program. He is noted for his high energy and engaging presentation styles, as demonstrated by winning Future Ready schools and GAFE Summit demo slams. Currently, Chris is the strategic learning coordinator for Southern Hancock Schools. Chris resides in New Palestine with his wife and two children. He enjoys golf, photography, and collecting sneakers!

AFTERNOON KEYNOTE/CLOSER - ROBBIE GRIMES

Robbie’s passion lies in helping children and adults become better learners and consumers of information through the use of technology. He believes that to be successful, learners must have the knowledge to use and the ability to choose the most relevant resources when it comes to learning. And high quality professional development and training is key to that success. A champion for all things EdTech, Robbie has spent the past 20 years as a classroom teacher and integration specialist, and is currently the eLearning Specialist for MSD Wayne Twp Schools. He is also the middle school science teacher for Achieve Virtual School. As co-owner of the educational technology consulting team, EdTechZone, he has helped numerous schools navigate their way toward transforming their classrooms into 21st Century learning environments. Robbie is also co-owner of Standard For Success, an online teacher evaluation and management tool.
