Soon after tickets release, the in-depth speaker session schedule will be released to the public. For now, know that each of the 8 speakers will speak for 10-12 minutes and there will be a grace period in between speakers within batches. 

Promotional materials and posts will regularly be uploaded to the Instagram account. One week before the event, an event trailer will be published, teasing some of the stage elements, visual materials, and camera shots. Follow the TEDx Westmount Charter School Instagram account and keep up with posts on this website to stay up-to-date with the event affairs!

TEDx Westmount Charter School 2025 will host a maximum of 100 people, including volunteers, speakers, hosts, and audience members. 

The event will be fully videographed and photographed with professional camera and audio equipment. The recordings will be edited, composited, and uploaded onto the official TEDx Youtube channel for access to the public, anytime. Additionally, we ask that no personal recordings or photos are taken of the hosts, staff, or speakers, as this can be disruptive and intrusive to the event.

In order to keep tickets as accessible as possible, there will be no catering at this event! Instead, guests are welcome to enjoy the provided light refreshments and dine after the event.
