Through the World of 8 Billion student video contest, middle and high schoolers are given the platform to think critically about global challenges and share what they think we should do to fix them.
Video Contest Challenge: Fall 2025
Awards: Videos are judged by topic. Within each topic, awards will be presented as follows: middle school 1st place receives $600, 2nd place receives $300. In addition, six prizes will be awarded to the best video by world region, and 50 prizes will be awarded to the best video in each US state.
Deadline: Entries traditionally are accepted through February. Official deadline = TBD
