WCPSS School Psychology Interns in our program gain real-world experience across multiple domains of school psychology while receiving strong mentorship and professional development.
INTERNS CAN EXPECT TO:
Work with diverse student populations across a range of grade levels
Participate in Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) teams
Support school-based MTSS structures and data-driven decision making
Consult with teachers, staff, and families
Deliver professional learning to staff and/or parents
Provide direct interventions (e.g., small group or individual counseling)
Assist with crisis response
Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations
Receive district training and participate in school psychology PLCs
Network with other mental health professionals
