National History Day is a yearly competition where students create well researched essays, tri-fold exhibits, demonstrations, reenactments and interpretations of a historical subject.
This competition has a middle school and high school division.
The state finals typically take place at the NC State History Museum.
If students from our school win, they would be eligible to go to the National finals in DC.
