What all students receive in core instruction--both academic and behavioral.
Tier I Core Practices are intended to ensure that the student population is receiving the support they need in the classroom setting in order to be successful. This means that the school provides all students with access to high quality curriculum, instruction, and behavior supports in the general education classroom.
