Module 5- Early Care and Education (American Red Cross Babysitter’s Training)

Expectations

  • Try your best!
  • Read and follow instructions.
  • Do your best to complete all the tasks within the deadline.
  • Turn in work that is free from errors.
  • Watch videos (the full length assigned), read texts, and give your attention to your tasks.
  • Pause and rewatch videos; reread portions of a text if needed.
  • Minimize your distractions when you are working on schoolwork--if possible: find a quiet place, turn off music and television, avoid texting and using your phone.
  • Communicate with your teacher if you have questions-try email or Google Classroom messages.


Procedures

  • Mrs. Utley will provide feedback on assignments to help continue your learning.
  • Students will be assigned assignments on asynchronous days (Mondays, Wednesdays, alternating Fridays) and synchronous days (Tuesdays, Thursdays, alternating Fridays).
  • Weekly meeting times are posted at the top of this syllabus. It is important that you attend these meetings according to your school schedule.
