Ms. Tortora

Meet Ms. Tortora

She  has 20 years of teaching experience, beginning in Greece and later working as a long-term substitute at Ravenscroft. She chose to teach here at LRMS because she enjoyed her student teaching experience at this school. She has only ever taught ELA, so with all thatexperience in one subject, she may just be the best English teacher at this whole school. Even with all that experience, she doesn’t have a favorite year that she taught in. Ms.Tortora likes 7-1 and the whole 7th-grade team here at LRMS. Ms.Tortora says that one of her favorite parts of teaching is when students start reading books, especially when they have previously said that they hate reading.
