About Me:
I have been teaching at Olds since 2002. I have a Master of Science in Education in Learning Technology. I was elected Olds' Teacher of the Year during 2003 and 2012 school year. I am a National Board Certified Teacher!
One of my favorite things to do is play tennis. I play in leagues, but I also play for fun. I love reading, swimming, and going to the beach. I was born and raised in upstate New York. I spend a few weeks there each summer with my family.
I enjoy teaching my students how to read, and fostering in them the love of reading. My mom was a huge influence in my life. She loved to read and was a second grade teacher! I love being a part of the Olds' PACK!
