Welcome to Hortons Creek Elementary School Student Support Services! 

Mr. Moffe and Ms. Horant are excited to be your school counselors this year. Mr. Moffe will be the main contact for K, 2nd, and 4th grades. Ms. Horant will be the main contact for 1st, 3rd, and 5th grades.
