I am originally from Poughkeepsie, NY and I still have a lot of family there. I attended Bennett College in Greensboro, NC for my Bachelors Degree and North Carolina State University here in Raleigh for my Master's Degree. Both of my degrees are in Mathematics Education. This is my 10th year of teaching. I have taught at the collegiate and high school levels. I spent 2 years teaching Math at NCSU, I spent 1 year teaching abroad in Kuwait and traveling in the Middle East and the rest of the time I have been with Wake County Public School System.
