About Me

Originally from Jacksonville, NC, I moved to Raleigh in 1990 to attend NC State (Go Pack!). I've been married for 31 years and have 2 daughters: Jonae, 22 and Moriah, 26. In addition, we have a 2 year old grandson, Milo. We live east of Raleigh north of Zebulon. 

My wife and I had the unique privilege of living and working in Central America & Mexico for 12 years. Even though we knew some Spanish from high school and college, we attended language school in Costa Rica. Moriah was 2 years old when we arrived in Costa Rica. Jonae was born while there.

When not at school, I enjoy being outside, hanging out with friends, visiting local breweries, playing games, watching TikTok & playing drums. I can usually be found fixing something for someone or painting the inside of a client's home. In addition, I enjoy live music and have been to over 400 concerts. Since I was born on Leap Year, I'm only 13!
