About me!
Hola! My name is Mrs. Padron and I am the new Spanish/English as a Second Language (ESL) teacher at Middle Creek High Schools. I was born and raised in North Carolina and left for a few years to complete my undergraduate degree in Spanish and International Development at the University of Kentucky. Last year, I was an ESL teacher at Sanderson High School and transferred to Middle Creek over the Summer. I am excited to be a part of the World Languages team at Middle Creek this year.
My husband and I to love travel. We spend most of our time in Spanish speaking countries. This Summer, we visited Cuba and Mexico. When I am not traveling, I spend my days running or hiking with my puppy Bailey. Teaching is my passion and bring a smile to the classroom everyday. Although my students learn a lot from me, there is never a day that that I do not learn something from them.
Thank you for allowing me to be teach your student this semester. I hope every student leaves my classroom feeling confident about their abilities and inspired to learn a new languages! Please do not hesitate to reach out with questions or concerns!
