For Virtual Success!

This week will be a short week for students. I hope everyone enjoyed the weekend and had the opportunity to relax after a stressful first couple weeks of school. Here are a couple pointers to make sure your child is successful:

  1. Sign up for Google Summaries. We all use Google Classroom and it will help. Email one of us for them!

  2. Check Powerschool weekly. We update it on a weekly basis. This is where we post the final grade status.

  3. Check students work! Assignments may be turned in without any work completed. We have noticed many blank assignments!

  4. Email teachers if there is an issue! We are all open to communication and are here to help!

  5. Check out our Weekly "Things You Should Know". This will give you an idea of weekly assignments and topics.

  6. Help students maintain a regular schedule! Assignments for classes are posted on non-live days. Please have them work on them. Many of these are important so we can review more difficult concepts live.

  7. Relax and Breath! In through the nose and out through the mouth. It will be OK!

FYI about Google Summaries.

For those parents who want to know what is going on with their child's education. Here is a great way of looking at the assignments teachers are posting. Not getting them! Just Ask one of Us!

Parent Questions Answered!

At the Meet the Teacher event we asked parents to complete a Q and A form for Virtual Instruction. Here is a list of those questions answered!
