The goals of this class is to help students approach their daily lives through a scientific approach. This course will put considerable emphasis on the technological application of physical science principles. Major areas covered by the standards include the organization and use of the periodic table; physical and chemical changes; issues of environmental science; earth history; and human centered ecology.
