This program allows your child’s birthday to be celebrated in a special way while helping grow our school library collection. Participation in this optional program involves a $15 donation per book. For this donation, your child may select a new book from a special collection of “celebration” books and a bookplate with your child’s name and birthday or dedication will be placed in the inside front cover of the book. Your child will also receive a certificate and have the honor of being the first to check out the new book! Your donation helps us add popular and frequently-requested titles to our school library’s book collection.

If you are interested in participating, please make a copy and complete this linked Celebration Book Club Form and turn it in to your child's teacher along with your $15 donation. Your child will select a book on or near their birthday. Your generosity will benefit all of our students.
