Look at all of the rehearsals and performances listed on the rehearsal calendar. Check with your parent/guardian to make sure you can attend our weekly rehearsals.
Discuss any conflicts (days you cannot be there or have to leave early). List all conflicts on the Attendance / Commitment Form provided at the interest meeting. You may also pick up a copy with Mrs. Wood in Room 121!
The more conflicts you have, the harder it is to get cast. We need our cast/crew members to be there to learn and practice our show!
Complete and sign the paper Attendance / Commitment Form after talking with your family.
Important:
Plan to attend all rehearsals even if you are tracked out.
ALL cast and crew should plan to be there for the full length of each rehearsal they are called to unless it is listed on their conflict sheet
There may be no conflicts during tech week or on performance days. Attendance is mandatory during this time period!
Confirm with your parent/guardian that you have consistent transportation to and from rehearsals and performances.
If transportation is an issue, reach out to Ms. Wood to see if we can set up carpool with another cast/crew member who lives nearby.
This form gives us important information about each cast/crew member such as conflicts, relevant medical information, T-Shirt size, etc. so that we can have a smooth rehearsal process.
**This form is required to be completed prior to auditioning for the show**

using the Sign-Up Genius link (will be posted here in October 2025)
You may be picked up immediately after your audition time.
If there are no more slots left, let Ms. Wood know so she can add more audition times!
All Students Auditioning must attend the Dance Audition on Nov. 14th
Attend the Tech Crew "Audition" Day on
Tuesday, December 2nd
(3:00-4:30pm)
to try out different elements of tech crew.
Depending on how many students are interested, we may be able to take everyone who comes to auditions. Final tech crew decisions will be communicated prior to the Winter Break.
All actors who have made it to the next round of auditions will be on the Callbacks list that will be emailed to you on Saturday, November 15th and posted in front of the auditorium on the morning of Monday, November 17th.
You may be needed for each day of callbacks OR only one of the days. Be sure to read the callbacks list carefully to know when you are needed.
Callbacks will be held:
Monday, November 17th | 3-6pm
Wednesday, November 19th | 3-6pm
Friday, November 21st| 3-6pm
The cast list will be emailed to everyone who auditioned and posted in front of the auditorium on the morning of Monday, November 24th, 2025. To accept your role, write your initials next to your name on the cast list.
**Please email Mrs. Wood ASAP if you are unable to accept the part you are assigned.
First Rehearsal: Monday, December 1st from 3:00-6:00pm
Scripts will be distributed during this rehearsal- we will do a full read-through of the script.
*Cast/Crew Fees ($25) are due to Mrs. Wood by Wednesday, January 7th*
