• All-County Chorus (select students) - Thursday/Friday, February 4th-5th

• 8th Grade Field Trip - Thursday, February 11th - Apex Friendship HS

Concert Dates: 2025-2026

Tuesday, November 18th, 2025: Apex Common Threads Concert 

Who: 8th Grade Chorus Classes

What: Combined Chorus Concert with Apex HS, Apex Friendship Hs, Apex MS, Apex Friendship MS, Felton Grove HS

Where: Apex HS Auditorium

When: Salem Chorus Students will eat lunch at Salem MS, then depart for Apex HS shortly after. Students will rehearse with the other schools' chorus classes, have a high school buddy that will guide them throughout the day, be provided dinner, with a concert at 7pm that night. 

Cost: Payment of $20 (cash or check made out to "Salem Performing Arts") It covers dinner during the field trip and a T-Shirt for students to wear on that day. 

$20 field trip fee due to Mrs. Wood by:

*Family and friends are encouraged to attend the concert (It is FREE!) We would love to see as many Spartan Families there as possible!

*Students need to be picked up from Apex HS following the concert at 8pm*

Thursday, December 4th, 2025: Western Wake Choral Festival

Who: 8th Grade Chorus

What: Chorus Concert with Green Hope HS, Panther Creek HS, Alston Ridge MS, and Salem MS

Where: Panther Creek HS Auditorium

When: Exact Schedule TBD - Salem Chorus Students will depart Salem MS around 2:30 to arrive at Panther Creek HS by 3pm. Students will rehearse with the other schools' chorus classes and will be provided dinner, with a concert at 7pm that night.

Spring Chorus Concert: Thursday, May 21st @7pm

Who: 6th, 7th, and 8th Grade Chorus Classes (Spring Semester)

What: Spring Chorus Concert 

Where: Salem MS Auditorium

When: Students should arrive at Salem MS dressed and on the risers at 5:45pm. The doors will open for families to attend at 6:45pm. The concert will begin at 7:00pm and end at approximately 8:00pm.
