Important Dates: 

Classes

ELA: This week we will be reviewing the fiction and nonfiction skills from the year to prepare for next week's  Reading Check In. The Final Paper for Quarter 2 is due by the end of Tuesday 

Math 8:  Students will retest on Angels and Parallel Lines on Wednesday 1/21. Unit 4 Equations, Inequalitites, and Systems Test Corrections are due by Thursday 1/22. Unit 5 Functions and Volume will begin after the Check In on Thursday

Math 1: students will take Literal Equations retest on Wednesday 1/21. Unit 8 test Corrections due on Thursday 1/22. Unit 5 System of Equations and Inequalities will begin after Check In on Thursday

Science: This week we will be exploring natural resources as energy. We will look into the differences between renewable and non renewable energy. Students will have a vocab quiz on Friday that supports the natural resources unit.

Social Studies: We will be wrapping up out unit on the Progressive Era. Students will start a minor assessment poster grade on Tuesday. Test corrections can be submitted no later than Wednesday 1/21

Thank you to those who were able to attend our monthly PTA meeting this week! 

Important Information: 

• Rent the Rock - SIGN UP to paint the rock for a week. 

• • Sign-ups are from Sunday to Saturday, with the weekend before to paint.   Select your week below to reserve the Rock!

    • You are responsible for providing the paint and painting the rock. 

    • Payment is required within 1 week of reservation. CLICK HERE TO PAY

  • Weeks available: 

    • February 15th

    • February 22nd 

    • March 1st 

• You can still become a member of the RMS PTA. The cost is $10 per parent for $18 for a family. CLICK HERE to become a member.  Anyone in your family can have a membership.
