Best Practices
Students can login with their WakeID (usually first initial, middle initial, and last name) and their ID Number. They need to learn their WakeID, it is their email address and Google Alias, so it is suggested that we teach them their WakeID from the beginning. For many, the only way to find this out is to tell them from the screen above.
Students need to learn their password is private AND they need to remember the password. Encourage them to create a new and original one with a capital letter and a number.
Let students change their passwords by following the directions in this link: http://mywakeid.wcpss.net/downloads/wakeid-changepassword.pdf
Once they use a password and change it, they can't use that same password again.
