CANON Copiers:
Watch these slides for directions to hold jobs. This is required for printing to Canon Copiers. For security reasons, no jobs should release without your presence at the copier.
Add a printer/copier in Print Logic, slides 2-4
All 3 Canon copiers should be set up separately for STORE, follow the directions on slides 5-14 FOR EACH COPIER!
Only use the office copier for printing in Color. It is for the office staff only, and is only for us when we need a color print or two.
See Slides 17-18 for Scan and Send - you can easily scan and send the email files to yourself! Works even on photos!
Having Trouble?
If you can't click on a printer to download, you need to restart your laptop. It needs to restart attached to the network.
If you can't print color to an old printer in the building, you need to uninstall that printer and reinstall.
If you can't attach to a printer in your classroom/office, you need to make sure the wall router power cord is plugged in, this is a 24x24 inch box on your wall (or your neighbors wall).
Make sure the ethernet cable on the printer is put in a port with the letter D, for DATA. Not the others, which are for phones.
If you can't print and all seems normal, make sure you're on the Lunenburg Wifi, not Wake Guest.
