Students log into the computer with WakeID (the one with 1st initial and lastname) and use student number (lunch number) as the password. It will immediately prompt them to change it. Make this something easy, the WakeID is the big deal for passwords.
If it says it doesn't find the student, you will need to wait overnight until the next day to login.
for email and login to WakeID. Go to Profiles and follow these directions.
If your student isn't there yet, they haven't been pulled into the system. Even moving within Wake County will cause a delay and a reset of all passwords. Wait overnight/24 hours for the updates to occur.
