We have removed all Google Apps because they are difficult to ensure a successful logout of the account.Â
Google Docs is an easy way to transfer files to your computer from the iPad but you must be careful to be in your account and logout afterwards.
Login to Google in Safari

Sign in to the WCPSS WakeID portal. The Google Website will then open and you'll be logged in. Open drive.google.com to see your files. Watch this quick video tutorial.

Go to drive.Google.com
Look in the top right corner for a face.
Click on the face or the word "Sign In"
Log out of all people listed there. Delete users including yourself.

You may need to clear Safari History and Website Data to clear off everyone else. Go to Settings --> Safari --> Clear History and Website Data
Once clear, Login into WakeID
When finished, Log Out of Google
