Welcome to 7th Grade ELA! 

I'm so excited to have you be apart of our learning community this year. I'm happy to begin my second year here at Rolesville Middle School. 

My hope is that you feel welcome as you learn in our classroom and that you take ownership of your success. You can expect our classroom to be a place where you feel comfortable sharing your thoughts, giving feedback, making mistakes and learning from others in addition to me. 

This year marks my 26th year in education! I've had the pleasure of serving in a variety of school roles, but I hold teaching closest to my heart. My background is in English/Language Arts, and I've taught grades 4-12.  In my time away from school I enjoy organizing, reading, watching movies, cooking, spending time with my family and shopping for all things beautiful. (Yes, that is a real hobby!😆)
