Important forms:

• Guest speaker permission form:  If you are going to host a guest speaker in the classroom, please fill out this form.

• Video approval Guidelines and forms:  If a video you want to show isn't part of the library's collection or is accessible through a subscription paid for by the school or WCPSS, ensure it meets WCPSS guidelines before requesting approval from Mr. Gupton.  If parent permission is required due to the video's rating, you may use this sample letter as a guide for what info must be sent home to parents or guardians.
