• Divide (choosing 2 or 3) the team conversation guides (linked, right). Choose those with titles that are interesting to you.

• Take time to write about your ideas around the guides, thinking about the following:

  • Think about how they could be useful in a Team Meeting

  • How would they help with the facilitation of a PLT?

  • What are the benefits of using something like this?

  • What are the pitfalls of using guides like this?

• The group will go around the circle and each participant will explain how it will be useful to facilitate and benefits and pitfalls.
