My name is Danielle Osterstrom. This is my 20th year of teaching. I have taught kindergarten, first grade, and a K/1 combination. I taught 1 year in Florida and 12 years at Jeffreys Grove Elementary. This is my 7th year as a North Ridge Unicorn. I have achieved and renewed my National Boards for teaching.

I grew up in Buffalo, NY.  I went to Fredonia State and received my Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood. I met my husband while student teaching at the same school. We moved to Raleigh 19 years ago.  My husband teaches 6th grade science at Pine Hollow Middle School. 

We have a 11 year old son, Ethan. We also have two dogs (Duke and Rusty),
