And here is some advice we received from a law school admissions office:
Consider working for two years before attending law school.
Choose a major that genuinely interests you, as engagement often leads to a stronger GPA (an important factor in law school admissions).
If your major doesn’t emphasize research and writing, supplement it with courses that do.
Get involved in extracurricular or professional experiences that you are passionate about and that help you develop skills valuable in law school and your future career.
Stay out of trouble.
Legal experience is not required for admission to law school—unless you are personally interested in pursuing it.
