About Me

This is a little about me and I look forward to getting to know all of you!

I am Sarah Shouse and I will be your APUSH and/or AP Comparative teacher. I look forward to diving into American history and world politics at a deep level to examine the complicated history; and the hope that we all can work to make the future a stronger & equitable place. 

I am originally from Morehead City, NC. I graduated from the University of North Carolina, Wilmington with a bachelor's degree in History while also receiving my Secondary Licensure. I started my career in Carteret County for four and a half years. From there I moved to Wake County and have made a home at The Drive. 

I love to be around my amazing friends and family, reading, or exploring new and exciting places. If you have any book recommendations please share...I love anything about history, biographies, and mysteries. I regularly travel to new places and I am always looking for recommendations...please share any and all of your amazing travel & food experiences.
