I am so excited to be a part of the third grade team this year! I have been working at Willow Springs Elementary School since 2016, and this will be my fifth year teaching 3rd grade. I have an AS in Behavioral Science, a BA in Elementary Education and a MS in Curriculum and Instruction. I have a huge passion for education, and believe in helping each child realize their full potential. I value building a classroom community where each child knows he/she belongs and contributes. This sense of community fosters a love of learning and helps children feel comfortable taking risks and challenging themselves. The classroom that learns together, grows together!

I live in Willow Spring with my husband, and have three boys (23, 19 and 12) I also have three dogs named Diva, Grey and Blu. All three of my children have attended Willow Springs Elementary, and I feel incredibly lucky to be a part of the Baby Bengal family.

In my free time I enjoy reading, walking, going to the movies, theater, baseball games and traveling.
