Hello! My name is Kelly Butler and I am a first grade teacher at Sycamore Creek. This will be my 24th year teaching in Wake County, and my 11th year teaching first grade! I am married to my wonderful husband, Brent, and we have two daughters, Sydney and Jennings. Sydney is a senior and Jennings is a freshman, both at Leesville Road High School. We also have a sweet yellow lab named Gus! We live in the Leesville area, and I am so thankful to teach in our community school. I absolutely love to learn and am excited to help foster that same love of learning in my students. I believe that by working closely together, we can help each child reach his or her full potential this year in first grade!
