Calculators! Students in Math 6 and Math 6 PLUS only need a scientific calculator. The TI-30xIIS is what we recommend. If students already have a graphing calculator (TI-84 or higher) they are welcome to use it, but do not need those functions until 7th or 8th grade, depending on their next course.
