Meet Your Teacher...

Tracey Asbill

I am so excited to be your child's teacher this year! I have an undergraduate degree in psychology as well as my K-6 teaching certification. I have had the pleasure of teaching students for over twenty years from preschool through first grade. My goal is to help foster an early positive attitude toward learning so students can reach their full potential.

I am originally from the Raleigh/Cary area. My husband and I have 2 children, Matthew (NC State grad) and Katie (App State junior), and a 3 year old golden retriever named Riley. In my free time I enjoy playing in the handbell choir at my church, reading, and backyard bird watching. I love teaching and can't wait to get the school year started!
