Hi! My name is Kayla Smith and I will be your first grade teacher this year. 

Here is a little bit about me: 

• I am married to Mr. Smith and have 2 children.  I have a son named Jack and a daughter named Maggie. You may hear me talk about the 3 of them from time to time. 

• I have 1 dog named Filson. 

• I love coffee and target. 

• I love teaching!

Hi, I’m Cheryl Lantry. I’ve been living in Apex, NC since 2009 after moving down from New York with my family. Proud mom to three amazing kids—Aubrey (18), Matthew (16), and little Joey (6). Married to my best friend for 20 years and currently running a small zoo at home with four cats and one dog. Life’s busy, a little chaotic, and full of love—and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
