MEET MRs. Fox

First Grade Teacher

My name is Jennifer Fox, and I am so excited to be your first grade teacher this year! My classroom is a place where children can explore, ask questions, share ideas, make mistakes, set goals, use their imaginations, challenge themselves, and be creative. I look forward to learning and growing with you this year!

I am originally from Northern Virginia, just outside of Washington, D.C. My husband Brian and I made Raleigh our home 21 years ago, and we have loved raising our family here. I have a Master's degree in Education from The College of William and Mary, and I taught middle school Language Arts before choosing to stay home with my three children for several years. This will be my fifth year teaching first grade, and I love it!

This is my family. We call ourselves "The Fox Five."

All three of my children attended Sycamore Creek Elementary!

Now, they are students at Leesville Road High School, Berklee College of Music in Boston, and The Chicago College of Performing Arts at Roosevelt University.
