Personal Mission Statements

We created personal mission statements to help us focus on ways we want to live our lives at school.

After brainstorming ways we lead, we consolidated them into short, powerful missions. For some, it was difficult to choose only one! One rule: the focus had to mean a lot to us.

Now our missions are “permanently” on our desks so we can be reminded daily! It's a great way to strengthen our leadership throughout the day.

My teaching philosophy:

Encourage one another and build each other up....

Cool Tools

Staff learned more about Google Drawing and how to use this fun tool for both teaching purposes and student reflection. We had a chance to play around bit and create an interactive poster on a lesson we've taught. What a great way to incorporate websites, images and text to show what info on a variety of topics!
