Apply for Jump Rope Ninja Belts Now! (Starting week of 3/15/21)

**If you would like to participate please complete the google form above by clicking the link when you achieve each belt. Must achieve each belt in order before moving on to next belt and should only apply for one belt at a time. *****Once you get to the red belt you must include a video with proof of your accomplishment. I will do my best to respond back within 1-3 school days with your belt (private message through google classroom) and add your name to the achievement board.

-Sworkit: This is a awesome program that is free to use, you just need parent to help you sign up! Go to www.sworkit.com. Click "try it for free" and sign up. Once you have signed up, go to "workout" tabs on the left side, then click "Sworkit Kid Workouts". Choose your type of workout: muscular strength, cardiovascular endurance, or flexibility. Then you can choose the amount of time for your workout and scroll down and choose song genre of "Kids". Now get your work out on!

First in Fitness

The First in Fitness team that consists of 3rd-5th grade students! Students that are selected will be given some information to take home to their parents to sign and return. They will compete in a Wake County wide event with 30+ other elementary schools on March 12th @ Southeast Raleigh High School.
