We will help instill the core values of the program. By acting according to the pillars of Love, Pride, and Resilience we will produce a TEAM that plays together, pursues excellence, and has elite finish.

What does “LOVE” look like? We are all connected.

What does “PRIDE” look like? Pursue excellence.

1. Do difficult things: challenges and opportunities

2. Pursue the winning edge

3. Give fearless and relentless effort

4. Respect the school you play for, your teammates you play with, and your coaches

What does “RESILIENCE” look like? finish, finish, finish!

1. Sustain when faced with adversity and challenges

2. Try again after failure. Do not give up!

3. Learn and grow from setbacks

-We must change our beliefs and behaviors to what used to be or what is easy. Challenge yourself and each other to change the mindset-what we think, and say, and do-including practice habits, on court execution, and behavioral expectations inside and outside the “walls” of OUR program. Using the guidelines of LPR (Love, Pride, and Resiliency)
