Pre-deployment or post-deployment leave coming up? Please contact her regarding needed documentation and the approval process for absences. Documentation is needed prior to the leave dates in order for the days to be considered an excused absence.

*Access and complete Registration Packet (linked above in red)
*Proof of Residency
*Birth Certificate
*Immunization Record
*Prior School Information
*Most recent report card
*Custody Papers - if applicable
OUTBOUND CHECKLIST:
* Notify Baucom Elementary School that your child will be leaving within 2 weeks of deployment (see contacts above).
* Have a copy of the most recent report card
* Have copies of current IEP, 504, and/or AIG documentation
* If you are PCSing overseas, please contact Kristen Bush or Beverly Robinson to coordinate the record transfer
