AP Statement of Understanding - Due March 27 for anyone taking an AP course in 26-27.
Mid-Year Graduation Request Form - Must be submitted by end of the school year.
Three-Year Graduate Request Form - Student and parent must schedule meeting with Dean of Students and Administrator prior to approval of this request. Must be requested within first 10 days of freshman year.
Senior Late Arrival/Early Release Form - Early Release/Late Arrival forms submitted after March 27 are not guaranteed. Due to College Admissions processes, once Senior transcripts are finalized in the fall, no other senior courses will be dropped for 26-27 year.

CCP Dual Enrollment form - must be completed and signed by parent/student and returned with Wake Tech schedule before MCHS schedule will be adjusted.

6:25 pm: Rotating Sessions for CORE and Electives (schedule provided at opening session)
Rising 10th-12th Students and Families
6 pm: Free-floating opportunities with CORE and Electives for Questions
6:35 pm: AP Capstone (Research and Seminar) Information in Auditorium
6:45 pm: College Credit Opportunities Meeting in the Auditorium (AP and CCP)
Rising 10th-12th students will make course selections at MCHS in late February.
