Choral Council is an interview only club that stands as the leadership team for the choir program. Choral Council creates, plans, and sets up different events for choir such as Party In The Park, Dessert And A Show, and a multitude of others. This group is a concrete part of the choir.
Next years Choral Council will meet once a quarter. We will communicate and continue planning events through the Band app and have bi-weekly checkins during class time. Looking to lead more in class? Coordinates events for the Program
Promotes events/activities to build community within program
Organizes SEL activities within and outside of the class
Creates, delegates and Manages tasks for leadership group
VICE PRESIDENT
Keeps and communicates minutes at council meetings/correspondence
Coordinates volunteers/tasks for event set up
Oversees events with President
CLASSROOM MANAGERS
Leads warmups
Runs/delegates sectionals within class
Helps with managerial tasks (copying fliers, stapling documents, handing music out...etc)
SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR
Creates graphics for social media
Highlights events, activities and reminders to choral program through social media and online learning system (Canvas)
Delegates involvement to other students within program
MEMBERS AT LARGE
Sets up and takes down for events
Assist in facilitating Dessert and a Show & Party in the Park
Being an advocate for the program
