**If you don't want other students to see your video, tell me to keep it private during the filming of your video.**

1. Pick two foods that you eat that have nutrition labels on them (fruits and veggies usually don't have them). These don't have to be similar foods.
2. Look at the labels and compare them
3. Your video should:
   1. Show both labels clearly
   2. have your voice explaining some of the major similarities and differences (don't have to explain everything)
   3. have your voice explaining which of the two foods is better for you.
