Hello! I am Mrs. Wheeler and I will be your AIG teacher here at Leesville Road Middle School! I am from Troy, Michigan (a northern suburb of Detroit) and moved to Raleigh, North Carolina in 2008 to begin my teaching career. I graduated from Michigan State University earning my B.A. & M.A. in Education. I have been teaching here at Leesville Road Middle School since 2012. I love spending time with my husband, daughter, and son (ages four and one). I also enjoy running and traveling. I am looking forward to getting to know each of you and working with you all this year!
