School librarians work to provide access to relevant and topical information, not only to students, but also for teachers. This is often accomplished through some sort of professional learning for staff. Professional learning doesn't have to be a formal training at a staff meeting. It can be tutorial videos, fliers, or newsletters. It might be information you share during a PLC or department meeting.
