Circulation Policies
Classes visit the library each week as part of the specials rotation. Students will have the opportunity to borrow books nearly every time they visit.
Books are due back two weeks after they are borrowed, but they may be kept longer as needed. We do not charge fines for late books!
As a matter of courtesy to other readers, only two books per popular series may be checked out at a time. Otherwise, students may check out the following number of books, depending on grade level:
Primary: 1 book (fall); 2 books (spring)

1st grade: 2 books
1st grade: 2 books
2nd grade: 3 books
2nd grade: 3 books
3rd grade: 3 books
3rd grade: 3 books
4th grade: 3 books

Lost or Damaged Books
Lost or Damaged Books
We greatly appreciate your help with replacing books that are lost or damaged beyond repair during your student's loan period. Payment may be made via cash or check (made out to Kingswood) and should be submitted to teachers or the front office first thing in the morning. For your convenience, you can also pay online! Please contact Mrs. Breeze with any questions about payment amounts.
