Please take a moment to read over our middle school registration info:
We will register for 6th grade electives school during the week of March 23rd. Here's a list of middle school elective forms and open house info (electives will be on the WCPSS website on 2/17). Open house information will be updated as we receive it.
If you are not attending a WCPSS school (attending a charter or independent school) or moving out of the district, please let Ms. Burston know.
Tentative timeline for 6th grade registration process:
Monday, 3/16: Elective info sent home to choose elective course selections (we'll make the actual selections at school the following week).
Monday, 3/23 - Friday, 3/27: Online elective registration will take place during media/technology class. *Please be sure your child brings their completed elective form to school on their media/technology day. It makes it easier to make course selections.*
Gale - Mon 3/23
Cameron - Tues 3/24
Wilcox - Thurs 3/26
Piner - Fri 3/27
Wednesday, 4/08: Course Verification Forms sent home for parents/guardians to view; you do not have to send them back unless you have updates/changes. Please write your changes/updates on the paper and return by Friday, 4/10.
Please let Ms. Burston know if you have any questions; she will be more than happy to help. She can answer questions about middle school, but specific course and school questions are best asked during your middle school's open house.
